What We Do Is Sacred: Your Temple Journey

Opening Ceremony
A 90-minute initiation to open your Temple, set the field, and anchor your Rite of Passage, setting your root deeply into a new movement of Life. You’ll be given your meditation recording to continue daily until you’re ready for a new movement. In this session I teach the fundamental foundations that will anchor your new life. 

Living Transmission Sessions
Weekly or every other week (depending on your package choice) 60 minute sessions via Zoom. Each session is responsive, alive, and guided by Spirit and what is most urgent for you in each moment; a fusion of healing, living transmission teaching, guided meditation, oracle work, constellations, and mentorship to work through each area of your life.

Daily Practices
You’ll receive your custom recorded meditations and a channeled 40-day Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Sadhana, uniquely created for you. All recordings are yours to download and keep forever. Daily practice is essential: it stabilizes your field, grounds your expansion, and carries the temple into your life as well as getting your mind and body in optimal shape for health and longevity. 

*If you are not called to Kundalini Yoga, this session will be replaced by a Living Transmission Session (above).

• Cultivate and sustain a true level of peace from the inside out, while being deeply supported

I feel a lot of improvement! For 20 years I’ve been spinning my wheels, trying to figure out why I can’t get out of this situation, why I can’t understand what’s going on with me, or why, and I’ve been efforting in the dark all this time in difficulty. That’s a long time to be in the dark and be frustrated! So it’s a huge relief to finally get it!

I feel within myself a lightening of codependency. The huge change I see is that before I wasn’t able to see my part in it, or the reason for why I was being that way, which was the need to control. It was so frustrating to not be able to see what I was doing or why, but now I finally do, and seeing this is strangely freeing and just such a relief to find an answer. Other healers just told me to let it go and lighten up, but I wasn’t able to, even though I tried. Now it’s easy!

I’ve also always had a hard time really feeling true gratitude, and was always preoccupied with the trauma I had growing up and how that was affecting me. I always felt like “wow” when others shared their gratitude, and thought “I just don’t feel it, something is wrong with me”. Everyone tells you to be grateful, and I tried, but to be able to actually really, truly feel that gratitude, which now I do - it’s amazing. For me, working with Giada is like playing an adventurous game full of quests. It reminds me of my childhood when I was playing a computer game with my hero fighting all the demons, collecting artifacts, leveling up in his skills or making himself new friends and allies.
