Kundalini Yoga & Meditation is an ancient, sacred practice known as the Yoga of Awareness and Transformation. It combines chanting, breath work, physical postures, and more to support deep healing on multiple levels:

After you book, you're emailed a writing prompt to clarify the top 3 things you want to work on—anything from physical healing to relationship, purpose, abundance, etc. I then go into deep meditation and channel your personal 40-day sadhana practice.

I then deliver your Sadhana on Zoom and you receive your full journey: video, written sequence, links, playlists, mantra meanings, and guidance to go deeper. You’ll keep a journal, receive check-ins and energy updates from me every 10 days, and have access to 48-hour text/email support throughout.

Your Personal Sadhana Journey also includes a 30-minute healing session during your 40 days, and I hold you in my own practice field for the duration. You’ll be given channeled messages as they arise, and sacred structure to meet your life exactly where you are.

Self-Paced Sessions & Courses are targeted, theme-based practices designed to support focused healing, integration, and elevation at your own rhythm.

Each session or course is intentionally created around a specific area of work — such as grounding, nervous system regulation, worthiness, clarity, energetic strengthening, abundance, etc — and can be practiced as a self-directed 40-day sadhana or integrated as needed over time. The work is precise and experiential, supporting real change through consistent embodied practice.

This library includes targeted one-off guided sessions, extended workshops, and multi-session courses, allowing you to choose what best meets you where you are. These offerings are ideal if you are seeking ongoing personal practice, integration alongside other healing work, or a structured way to begin or deepen your relationship with Kundalini Yoga outside of live sessions. It's also a great way to get a feeling for my style if you haven't worked with me before.
